You have a private parking space in the underground garage with lift to the apartment plus a private parking space at the entrance to the apartment.

Higuerón West is located 1,5 km from the beach at the luxury resort Reserva Del Higueron, one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Fuengirola. Higuerón West features a communal garden with a generous lagoon-shaped pool surrounded by lawn, palm trees and sun beds. The resort offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, including spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Mijas. Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government.
