The villa is located 3.5 kilometres from the beach in the residential area of La Sierrezuela - Mijas Costa. This beautifully located holiday villa has a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, a good size private pool and several terraces with fantastic views over Fuengirola, the mountains and the sea. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room (with TV with international channels and free internet), the kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the terraces surrounding the villa you can relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy the sun or shade with a glass of sangria in the lounge set. The terrace is also perfect for a barbecue with family or friends. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with a large family, friends or a group of golfers. The villa is accessed via a steep driveway leading to a parking area with space for 2 cars.
The villa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Sierrezuela, just a 5 minute drive from the beach and the centre of Fuengirola. Here you will find the large indoor shopping centre Myramar, the Aquapark and the Zoo. Only 950 metres from the villa in El Coto you will find a small supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, bus stop and taxi rank. It is a 20 minute drive to Malaga airport and a 25 minute drive to Marbella. There are several golf courses in the area.

There are three bedrooms with ample closets and air conditioning/heating. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds of 90 X 200 that can be joined to form a double bed of 180 X 200. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan, two single beds of 90 X 200 and a sofa bed of 160 x 190 for two children. The third bedroom has a 160 X 200 double bed, sleeping a total of 6 adults and 2 children. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
Bathrooms
There are a total of three bathrooms. The en-suite main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a hairdryer. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The third bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Terrace
There are two terraces partly covered and partly closed with glass. The terraces are oriented southeast and southwest, so there is always a place in the sun or shade. The dining area on the terrace has a terrace table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a nice breakfast under the sun. On the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea you can relax with a good glass of wine on the lounge sofa with 2 armchairs. On the terrace next to the pool are 6 sun loungers and a parasol. On the terrace behind the villa is a gas barbecue so you can enjoy a delicious barbecue evening during a beautiful sunset.

Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open or be refilled. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government. Private pools can also not be refilled and gardens may not be watered. This means the private pools can only be used as long as the water levels permits it.

Drought measures
The Junta de Andalucia has declared measures due to a situation of severe and exceptional drought on the Costa del Sol, which includes the municipalities of Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella.
For this reason, the Costa del Sol municipal authorities are asking for the utmost cooperation from their citizens, putting into effect the measures below to limit the use of drinking water.
- Urgent advice to use bottled water only for contumption, coffee making, cooking etc.
- Prohibition of irrigation of gardens, parks, orchards or green areas, both public and private.
- Prohibition of irrigation of golf courses unless they have recirculation systems.
- Prohibition of cleaning streets, pavements or facades, public or private, and other urban uses, except for authorities for sanitary reasons.
- Prohibition of filling or refilling private swimming pools.
- Prohibition of car washing, except in approved establishments with water recycling and recirculation systems.
- Prohibition of decorative and sports fountains, public or private, unless equipped with recirculation systems.
The measures will be continuously monitored and evaluated and depending on the drought situation, the measures may be adjusted.
