This detached holiday home with its own garden and pool is located near the beach of Torremolinos.
It is a lovely quiet place to spend a relaxing holiday at walking distance to the beach. With supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The house has a living room with sitting and dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and its own garden with private pool and parking on its own land. In the living room there are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining area with four chairs. There is a Smart TV with English and other international channels, a DVD/CD player, and free WiFi internet. Through the sliding door you get to the partially covered south-facing terrace. The vacation home has been well maintained and in 2017 was equipped with a new kitchen, a new bathroom and new air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms.
The house is nicely located to spend the winter on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. At 200 meters from 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Día Maxi). The house is located on the border of Torremolinos and Benalmádena just 750 meters from the beach, the promenade of Torremolinos and the marina of Benalmadena. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena, you will find everything you need for an unforgettable beach holiday. Many shopping streets, a kilometre-long promenade with cosy terraces and restaurants. And don't forget the beautiful marina in Benalmadena with many water sports possibilities. Due to its central location close to bus stops and train station, the holiday home is an ideal starting point for trips to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Malaga and Fuengirola.
The accommodation is very suitable for a small familie with children.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms, both with enough wardrobes, air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 X 200. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.
Bathrooms
The bathroom is completely renovated in 2017 and has a walk-in shower, a wash basin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. There is a separate guest toilet.

Swimming pool
Private swimming pool with sun terrace and lawn with 4 sun beds and a parasol.
Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open or be refilled. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government. Private pools can also not be refilled and gardens may not be watered.This means the private pools can only be used as long as the water levels permits it.
Parking
Private parking on own plot. Charging electric vehicles etc. is not permitted.
Car
To be able to fully enjoy the beautiful area we recommend you to rent a car but, since it is 10 to 15 minutes walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport it is not absolutely necessary to have a car.

Drought measures
The Junta de Andalucia has declared measures due to a situation of severe and exceptional drought on the Costa del Sol, which includes the municipalities of Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella.
For this reason, the Costa del Sol municipal authorities are asking for the utmost cooperation from their citizens, putting into effect the measures below to limit the use of drinking water.
- Urgent advice to use bottled water only for contumption, coffee making, cooking etc.
- Prohibition of irrigation of gardens, parks, orchards or green areas, both public and private.
- Prohibition of irrigation of golf courses unless they have recirculation systems.
- Prohibition of cleaning streets, pavements or facades, public or private, and other urban uses, except for authorities for sanitary reasons.
- Prohibition of filling or refilling private swimming pools.
- Prohibition of car washing, except in approved establishments with water recycling and recirculation systems.
- Prohibition of decorative and sports fountains, public or private, unless equipped with recirculation systems.
The measures will be continuously monitored and evaluated and depending on the drought situation, the measures may be adjusted.
