This modern apartment is situated in a stunning and quiet location in Las Palmeras with panoramic views to the sea and coastline. The apartment is comfortably furnished in a modern style with a comfortable lounge sofa and armchair and a dining table with 4 chairs. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea, coastline and mountains. On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast under the Spanish sun or a delicious barbecue evening, with luxury outdoor furniture including 4 chairs and 2 comfortable armchairs.


Las Palmeras is located in the upper part of Calahonda - Mijas Costa. It has communal gardens with a swimming pool and sun terraces for each apartment block. The apartment is conveniently located for golf, tennis and the beach. From the apartment it's 1 to 3 kilometres by car to various supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars in Calahonda. The beach of Calahonda is 3,5 km away.
There is a private parking space in the underground garage.


La Siesta Golf and tennis club Club Del Sol  are both within 2 km.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the terrace. Beds: Master bedroom has 2 single beds 90x200 which can be used together or separately. Second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200. In total 4 good quality beds. High chair and cot available on request.


Bathrooms
Two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with walk in shower, vanity unit with two sinks, hairdryer, toilet and bidet. Second bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.


Terrace
Spacious, partly covered terrace with fantastic sea, coastal and mountain views. The terrace has a luxurious table with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 armchairs, parasol and a Weber barbecue. This is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious breakfast under the Spanish sun or a cosy barbecue evening with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.


Swimming pool

  • Communal swimming pool with sun terraces and free sun loungers.
  • The pools are open during the summer months.
  • We kindly ask you to respect the community rules and the safety measures announced on the pool sign.
  • It is not allowed to take glassware into the pool.
  • The pools are closed during the winter months.

Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government.

The complex is completely fenced. You enter through an automatic gate with remote control.


TER INFO: Between December 2023 to the end of April 2024, block 8 will be painted. Mobile platforms will be used instead of scaffolding to minimise inconvenience and the possibility of break-ins.

Payment and key collection

To ensure a smooth on-site check-in, we ask that the full amount be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Check-in and key collection
Due to Covid-19 regulations, contactless check-in has become a standard procedure for check-in and key collection since 2020. This contactless check-in works to the satisfaction of most guests. You will receive a link from Check-in Scan from us well before arrival. Using that link, you can open an application on your laptop, tablet, iPad or mobile phone so that you can check in passports at your leisure at home in advance. You can then collect the keys from one of the key safes at the Centro Nórdico on the Carretera de Mijas just outside Fuengirola. Well before arriving in Spain, we will send you an e-mail with the address and directions to the key safe at Centro Nórdico including all the necessary information about the accommodation. If you prefer to be checked in personally, this is possible by prior arrangement with us during normal office hours. We will then meet you at the accommodation to hand over the keys, and provide all necessary information.

This accommodation is not available for weekends only, parties and or celebrations.
