Located in La Cala de Mijas on the Prados del Golf residential complex, 1km from the beach. Renovated in 2019, the apartment has a living room with a modern open kitchen and sliding doors to the south-facing terrace. There is free internet and a TV with English and other international channels. There is a dining table and a comfortable corner sofa on the terrace. The terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool.  

Prados del Golf
The apartment is located in the Prados del Golf complex, just 1 kilometre (15 minute walk) from the beautiful sandy beach of La Cala de Mijas. La Cala is a cosy former fishing village with many restaurants, bars, shops, several supermarkets and a weekly market. La Noria Golf Course is 450 metres from the apartment. Prados del Golf has a beautiful communal garden with lawn and trees and a communal swimming pool. The peace and comfort and proximity to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops make this an excellent apartment for your holiday in Spain with family or friends.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms, both with ample wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a 160 X 200 double bed and a sliding door to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower in the tub, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a bathroom unit with washbasin and a toilet.

Terrace
The terrace is partly covered and oriented to the south. On the terrace you can relax on the lounge sofa or enjoy a nice breakfast at the terrace table with 4 chairs. From the terrace you have views of the communal garden with swimming pool and the surrounding area.

Pool
Prados del Golf has a communal swimming pool with children's pool.

Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government.

Garden
Prados del Golf has a communal garden with a swimming pool.

Parking
You have your own privé parking space in the underground car park with a lift to the flat.

Car
For this holiday accommodation, we recommend renting a car.

The complex is completely fenced. You enter through an automatic gate with remote control.
